Thomas F. Meister is a graduate of LaSalle University (magna cum laude), and Dickinson School of Law. He has focused on Social Security disability and Workers’ Compensation law throughout his career and serves the following counties: Dauphin County, York County, Lancaster County, Lebanon County and Cumberland County. He began his practice as a legal services lawyer, working to assure access to justice for those who could not afford representation. While in that position, he concentrated his practice on Social Security matters. In private practice after that, he represented both claimants and employers in Workers’ Compensation cases, learning the system “from the inside out.” He has been in private practice for more than 25 years, and has lectured on Social Security and Workers’ Compensation to professional organizations and the general public.
