Thomas J. McClain, Esquire

Attorney McClain represents people harmed by auto accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, workplace accidents, as well as other types of personal injury. With a background in civil rights law, he also represents underserved individuals in cases involving assaults or police brutality. In all of his cases, he recognizes that immense emotional and financial stress a client can face and works to relieve and end that struggle.

Before working at Dugan & Associates Mr. McClain ran a successful solo practice. He understands the pressures and joys of being self-employed. Early in his career Mr. McClain was an insurance defense lawyer and an insurance company lawyer. Today, this experience gives him valuable insights into the opposition that he uses to benefit his clients.

Mr. McClain is a certified mediator and has extensive experience as an arbitrator. He is a former special agent with United States Drug Enforcement Administration where he was a lead investigator on a multi-agency task force that successfully prosecuted a major crack cocaine organization on the streets of Detroit. Mr. McClain is a graduate of Lehigh University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is a member of numerous professional associations.
