Thomas is an attorney at Ball Morse Lowe PLLC in the firm's Oil, Gas + Energy Practice Group. He currently serves as the Federally-appointed Public Defender for the Court of Indian Offenses for the Miami Agency of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, where he represents clients in criminal cases and juvenile deprived matters, and serves as guardian ad litem for children involved in juvenile deprived matters.
In addition, Thomas has worked with most of the Tribes located in Oklahoma on economic development projects and efforts to improve the lives of his fellow Tribal citizens. He has chosen to continue that work at Ball Morse Lowe, at the intersection
