Mark was a lifelong resident of South Brunswick, New Jersey, having lived there for 35 years before moving to Montgomery Township, in Somerset County. He graduated from Trenton State College in 1987, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, as well as a Minor in Psychology. While in college, he also played varsity football.
After graduating from college, he attended law school at Rutgers University School of Law at Camden. While there, Mark served as an intern with the United States Attorney's Office, Civil Division, for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mark graduated from Law School in 1990, and was admitted to the bar that same year. Upon graduation, Mark served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Herman L. Breitkopf, Assignment Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. Immediately following his clerkship, Mark joined the firm in 1991.
Since that time, Mark has represented clients in various types of accident cases involving construction site accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents and various aspects of premises liability. Mark is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a past President of the Trial Lawyers Association of Middlesex County, and a member of the exclusive American Board of Trial Advocates. He has also been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyer, as featured in New Jersey Monthly magazine. He is married and has two children.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
