Timothy P. Brennan is a life long native of Central Pennsylvania and is an associate in the Scranton office of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin.Mr. Brennan is a 2000 graduate of Ursinus College located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He received a B.A. in Political Science and English ad has minors in both International Relations and American Studies. During college, he served two federal Congressional internships.After completing college, Mr. Brennan attended Widener University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2003. Mr. Brennan was a senior staff member of the Law Review and was awarded the 2003 Widener Law Journal Outstanding Student Article Award. In the summer of 2001, he participated in the University of San Francisco Summer Law Program where he had the opportunity to study at Trinity College, in Ireland, and Charles University, in the Czech Republic.Mr. Brennan has worked with the Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel where he represented PennDOT in numerous administrative hearings. He has also worked with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives where he drafted and analyzed legislation.
