Mark Wm. Hofgard

Mr. Hofgard began the practice of law in the state of Colorado in 1981 focusing on civil and criminal litigation. His career spans a wide range of experience, including President of leading managed care company, management consultant, author, musician, and real estate investor. Schooled in the real world of both law and business, Mr. Hofgard brings a unique perspective to the task of assisting his clients with difficult financial and personal issues. Mr. Hofgard received his undergraduate education at Northwestern University (Economics, 1977) and his Juris Doctor at California Western School of Law (1980). In 2012 he was admitted to the bar of Arizona. He is admitted to practice in the Colorado and Arizona State and Federal Courts.
