The Swain Law Group specializes in Criminal Defense, Family Law and Civil Litigation cases across Oklahoma, with a focus on the Oklahoma City Metro area, especially Norman, Oklahoma City and El Reno. Our satellite offices in El Reno, Pauls Valley, Marietta and Sallisaw allow us to handle criminal, family, and personal injury cases in all 77 counties in Oklahoma.
With 7 dedicated Criminal Defense attorneys, including 5 former prosecutors, the Swain Law Group is the largest Criminal Defense Firm in Oklahoma. My office handles over 250 criminal cases per year all across Oklahoma. We specialize in Drug Trafficking and violent crimes, while also handling over 75 DUIs each year.
In addition to 7 Criminal Defense attorneys, the Swain Law Group has 4 experienced Family Law and Civil Litigation attorneys including Scott Banks and Jordan Hutchinson. Scott has handled complex divorce and child custody cases all across Oklahoma, as well as countless civil cases. Jordan has demonstrated herself to be an aggressive litigation attorney who loves handling divorce and child custody matters. Together, the Swain Law Group is equipped and experienced to handle any case that comes in the door.
Finally, we also have 2 attorneys that only handle personal injury and wrongful death cases out of our Nichols Hills office.
