Trey Canida was born and raised in the small town of Spruce Pine, Alabama in northwest Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Alabama in 2008 and graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2012.
After law school, Trey moved to south Alabama where he was a prosecutor in the Baldwin County District Attorney's Office for three years. While there, Trey successfully prosecuted dozens of jury trials while representing and protecting the interests of victims of crimes.
For the last five years, Trey has been an attorney in a small law firm in Fairhope, Alabama, representing and assisting clients in a wide variety of matters, including general civil litigation, property disputes, wills and trusts, bankruptcy, and criminal defense.
Trey came to work for Morgan and Morgan in December 2021 because he wanted to help victims of personal injury cases get the representation and justice they deserve.
