Trina Cervantes Esq.

Ms. Cervantes' legal career began in 2004 as a legal assistant. Working closely with clients directly, she gained a special insight into what each and every client was going through during the course of their cases. Ms. Cervantes' empathy and passion for her clients grew far beyond her station at the time, propelling her to change the trajectory of her life to truly become the best advocate for those in need. As a single mom, she juggled a full-time job while attending night school until she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2015. She passed the California Bar Examination shortly after and was admitted to practice law in May of 2015. She is now a proud partner at Villapudua & Somera, PC - a firm that works tirelessly to fight for their clients.

Ms. Cervantes is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law in all California state courts, as well as the United State District Court, Eastern District of California. She serves on the Board of Governors for the San Joaquin County Bar Association and is a member of several executive committees within that organization to provide community outreach services. Ms. Cervantes also serves on her local Court Appointed Counsel panel to represent individuals in need of appellate legal services. She is also a proud member of several organizations that strive to provide meaningful continued education in the legal arena such as the American Inns of Court, Consumer Attorneys of California, Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, and Trial School.

Ms. Cervantes has been awarded with the "San Joaquin County Bar Association's 2022 Outstanding New Lawyer Award".
