Matthew Tympanick, Esq. is a nationally recognized attorney who currently specializes in criminal defense and personal injury. Matthew, originally from Plymouth, Massachusetts, made Sarasota, Florida his permanent home after volunteering as a Law Clerk for The 12th Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office in 2016 and passing the Florida Bar in April 2017. He found his calling in criminal law. After a record number of trials within 18 months as a misdemeanor Prosecutor for Manatee County, Matthew was promoted to the Felony Division of Sarasota County in November of 2018 where he tried a high number of felony cases. Next, Matthew expanded his professional background by practicing civil law that included medical malpractice, third party property, and commercial litigation for 2 years. Now, Matthew is representing members from his community when they need it most as the founder and principal of Tympanick Law P.A. As an attorney, you can count on Matthew to aggressively strive towards the best resolution for your case.
Matthew met his wife, Madeline (Heath) Tympanick, in Sarasota who grew up here and is fourth generation Floridian. Matthew enjoys spending time with family, watching all sports, and exploring national parks. Matthew's passion projects include sports criminal law commentary and representation. He frequently speaks on regional and national television and radio networks including Law & Crime Network, SportsMap Radio, and Conduct Detrimental.
