He doesn’t have a good argument, he comes late to court, and he never knows what’s going on in a case until the day of court. He was never prepared to present anything to the attorney because he didn’t know what is going on in the case until the day of court. If you really do research on his high success rate is in Wayne County where you can get off easily on technicalities or cops not showing up. I would not recommend him for any case outside of Wayne County. I truly believe in the saying you get what you pay for. A court pointed attorney could of been used and got the same results. I am going to procceed with filing a Attorney and Judge Grievance. Pay close attention to his case reviews and his arguments in these cases also get a full background evaluation on this attorney and his cases.

I hired Mr. Davis to represent me in a current case and payed him in full. He never explained any of the procedures to me, nor took notes when I was explaining my case. He appeared to two online hearings and never showed up to court when we were summoned by the court. When I asked about my case and became disgruntled with him on his mishandling my case he threatened to drop my case and I asked for my money back and he has refused to refund my money. They are a bunch of misfits and unprofessional sack of layers. They see you coming. He was never prepared for court nor the mishap associate that he sent to stand in for him. This is the worst firm in the USA. I had to resort to seeking another lawyer who is competent and professional. One who explains to you your case and what he will do to represent you. Davis lawyers are not going to do anything for you but they will take your money and then hide for the remainder of your case. They will help the prosecution put you in jail. Mr. Davis has hid behind his desk and behind his forms and have not done anything for my case. I will proceed to file a complaint with the state regarding this firm and their misrepresentation in my case. This lawyer is so unprofessional that he would not open the text messages that I will send him regarding my case. He will not call me regarding my case. He will not even answer my emails regarding my case and when I asked for my money back, he was quick to answer that to tell me that his family still willing to represent me after he told me that he was going to drop my case because I questioned him I’m not showing up to court. Mr. Davis told me that he was going to get me off of the DUI charges that are being brought against me , and he never even filed a motion to get the evidence that was being filed against me. Mr. Davis firm has done nothing for me but to help the prosecution put me in jail. Please do not hire this firm because they are no good. They prey on the week, the innocent and the unknowing. They came recommended by another lawyer, who I regret taking her referral to this firm because they have not only cost me a lot of money but peace of mind and my freedom is at risk. I pray that by me leaving this review other people can read it and see for themselves that this firm, and this lawyer is no good. They are worthless lawyers. They will take your money and hide. Then they will do nothing for you, but they will help the prosecution put you in jail. Now I am out thousands of dollars and Mr. Davis firms is telling me that they will not refund my money. This should not be , because I was assured that I was going to get the best representation through Mr. Davis himself. The case has gotten so bad that even when we went before the judge, his associate was not even known in the courthouse. They did not know his name in the paperwork was made out to Davis associate. Mr. Davis will not return your calls and will not do anything for you. He is there to take your money and run. So I plead with you. Whoever is reading this review to please run away from Davis law firms and associates. Do not hire these people. Do not give these people your money because you’re going to be paying someone to help put you in jail.
