For the past twelve (12) years, Riley has been named one of the 500 Leading Lawyers in America by Lawdragon Magazine, whose extensive research covers all areas of the law in attempting to identify, from more than 1 million nationwide, the leading 500 lawyers in the country. In 2017, he was named a Lawdragon Legend, reserved for those lawyers named one of the 500 Leading Lawyers for 10 years in a row. In 2015, he was named the Trial Attorney of the Year in Florida by Lawyers Monthly. In 2017, he was provided America's Top 100 Attorneys Lifetime Achievement Award. He has achieved more than sixty settlements or verdicts in excess of $1 million dollars. He has litigated complex cases throughout the United States and as far as the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as to the Florida Supreme Court on multiple occasions. His most important accomplishment was being named "Guardian Ad Litem of the Year" for his volunteer work.
