Wade Hunter was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Boyce College in Louisville, Kentucky before moving to Savannah, Georgia to attend law school at the Savannah Law School. While in law school Wade served on the board for the Savannah Law Review as Notes Editor and also worked part-time for a small firm in town focused on representing Plaintiffs that had been injured through the negligence of others. It was in the early stages of his legal career when Wade realized his passion for representing people that were being pushed around by the big insurance companies.
After graduating law school, Wade began working for another firm in Savannah that was focused on representing Plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle collisions. Over the course of his first 5 years in practice, Wade successfully represented over 1,000 clients recovering millions of dollars in the process.
In October 2021 Wade joined the Morgan & Morgan team in order to focus on premise liability actions. In addition to the wealth of experience he brings to the table, Wade also has a stellar reputation among his peers in the legal community. Even more importantly, Wade has great report with his clients and always makes sure they fully understand their rights, and options, before making any final decisions with their case.
