Wayne Charles Mineo

Mr. Mineo is a personal injury litigation attorney. He earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 1985 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Canisius College of Buffalo, New York. He passed the Pennsylvania bar examination on his first attempt. He then dedicated his time to sharpening his advocacy skills as a member of the first class of the Masters of Law in Trial Advocacy program at Temple University.

Mr. Mineo holds a LLM in Trial Advocacy from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. This program is designed to have experienced, nationally recognized, trial attorneys. This program trains lawyers to hone their trial skills in a masters program. Mr. Mineo was one of the first to obtain this degree in 1994 and has since tried successfully a multitude of cases since.

Mr. Mineo then passed the Florida bar exam, and began to practice law in Florida. He opened his own practice in 1999.

Mr. Mineo is committed to giving back to his community, and devotes his time to many philanthropic endeavors. He has been a Rotarian since 1997, serving as the President of his local club in 2002-2003, 2010-2011. Wayne often volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America Troop 413. He served as an Assistant Boy Scout Master from 2003 to 2006 and as a Scout Master from 2006 to 2009. He continues to serve as Assistant Scout Master. On September 10, 2009, the Pinellas County Board of Commissioners proclaimed the day as Wayne Charles Mineo day in recognition of his dedication and commitment to his work with the Boy Scouts.

Mr. Mineo volunteers at the local neighborhood family center once a week and tutors and mentors local at risk children.
