Michael B. Lynch was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College in 1992 and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996. Mr. Lynch is admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey, California, and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Lynch concentrates his practice on pharmaceutical/medical device mass tort litigation. He is a regular speaker at national seminars pertaining to mass tort and complex litigation, and a prominent speaker at the Mass Torts Made Perfect seminar founded by Levin Papantonio attorney Mike Papantonio.
Mr. Lynch is also a founding partner and attorney Consumer Advocate for GoLeft.tv, an innovative, multi-media website which provides an outlet for news, political commentary and special reports on the major issues facing Americans from the Progressive point of view.
Outside the firm, Michael B. Lynch serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the World Alliance of Mixed Martial Arts (WAMMA). Mr. Lynch brings to WAMMA his genuine love of sports and athletics, an extensive knowledge of Mixed Martial Arts and exceptional business and legal acumen.
