I researched best lawyers in Daytona beach area and found Delgado and Romanik to have the best reviews so I scheduled a consultation. The day I hired them Mr Delgado started working on my case right away. He answers all of my questions and concerns, He is very easy to get in touch with and all of his staff is nice and welcoming.

I’m a pre-law student who recently had the pleasure of watching Mr. Delgado work a couple of jury trials in Daytona Beach. I can tell you firsthand that Mr. Delgado is deeply invested in fighting for his clients and seeing that justice is done. I used the law firm of Delgado & Romanik for a post accident frivolous law suit that was being filed against me by the person i rear ended (at best going 15 mph). Aaron Delgado was professsional, knowledgeable and helped me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend his services.

After speaking with two attorneys, I called the Delgado law firm, solely because they had positive reviews. Although my ticket was a speeding violation, I had a clear driving record and valued my safe driving history. I have to say Meredith does a great job of marketing this firm. She had me convinced that Delgado would provide a positive outcome. Instead, I had my points waived, which a $50 attorney said he could do, and didn’t even receive a reduction in the speed, which I appeal. My ticket was on a windy day, with gusts over 30mph, and an unheard of 15mph speed limit on a Wednesday when the early release was not taken into consideration. Run from William Masson, as he does not even meet with you. Instead, your met with Meredith, who falsely assures you that you will be “pleased with the outcome.” They did nothing for me, except charge me nearly three times what other attorneys were charging.

Tim Pribisco and Aaron Delgado did an excellent job of representing my son in a felony child abuse case that was filled with false reports, lies and bias from witnesses cooperating with State Attorneys office. Exposed everything in front of jury resulting in a not guilty verdict. Great job gentlemen.

What an amazing law firm. From top to bottom the best hands down. Delgado was personally there to take my call on a late Sunday night and was at court early Monday morning.
