The firm previously served on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee in the bank overdraft litigation against numerous national banks, including Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase and others. The case resulted in a multimillion-dollar settlement on behalf of consumers and forced banks to change their overdraft fee policies.
