I would NOT recommend this law office. I hired them in 2020 as I appealed social security’s decision to deny me. Two weeks after hiring this law firm I spoke with my attorney for the first time. He advised me to be patient as these cases drag. He told me not to expect to hear from them for awhile but to rest assure knowing they will contact me to let me know if anything wad needed. Over a year came and went, as he warned, I had yet to hear a thing. I finally received a letter from social security advising me of a court date. I hated to call the attorneys office because I didn’t want to be “that client” who called nagging and bugging them. I didn’t want to come off disrespectful but not hearing anything after receiving the court date letter was stressful. I eventually decided to call. The receptionist was very nice reassuring me they would call if they needed me and I was ok with that. I never did talk to that lawyer again. Three weeks before my court date, a court date I waited two and a half years to see, I opened a letter sent to me by mail (no priority mail, no urgent) notifying me he wasn’t going to represent me because he called me ONCE to ask if my doctor or my medications had changed and I didn’t answer. I never received that phone call. Needless to say…He is a weasel. Don’t trust him with your life. He certainly doesn’t value it.
