We had some problems relating to a sale of a house, based largely on an inappropriate contract having been used by the realtor. Jon Bradley was able to work with the buyer’s lawyers to reach an equitable solution without the need to go to court. All-in-all, probably the best conclusion that could have been reached under the circumstances.
