In one noteworthy case, our law office worked on behalf of a homeowners insurance company. The original claim stated that a garage fire destroyed an entire house. By conducting our own independent investigation, we were able to determine that a defective product was the source of the fire. As a result, we filed a claim against the manufacturer of the product and secured a settlement of $400,000. Although we are often able to obtain favorable settlements, we are equally skilled in advocating for clients in litigation.
