If I could I would give them zero stars. Tom Newbrough is useless – does not advocate for his clients AT ALL. He is ineffective in every way. When he was called out on his lack of responsiveness, failure to communicate with either his client or the client’s workman’s compensation insurance representative, failure to communicate with various doctor’s offices, etc., he verbally stated he refused to represent my husband further and we never heard another thing from him. Eventually we had to request several times that he withdraw his representation of my husband at the workman’s compensation commission before he did so, so that we could retain another attorney. Worst law firm ever.

after several weeks of no reply in response to my question they told me they would not take my case because it was a federal case. They are a serious waste of time and will waste your time too.
