Craig Smith, Attorney at Law, represents individuals in Shreveport and the surrounding parts of Louisiana in criminal defense and personal injury cases.

His criminal defense practice is focused on protecting the rights of individuals facing federal white-collar crime charges, including wire fraud and money laundering. He also defends against all other criminal charges in federal and state courts, including felonies and misdemeanors such as drunk driving. He can assist clients in obtaining expungements.

His personal injury practice is focused on seeking compensation in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims involving motor vehicle accidents and other acts of negligence.

Craig Smith has practiced in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury since 1993. He has consistently been listed in The Best Lawyers in America and in SB Magazine's Top Lawyers issue. He has lectured on criminal law and related matters, and he has held leadership positions in the Louisiana State Bar Association. He was invited to join the Harry V. Booth and Henry A. Politz Chapter of the American Inns of Court in 1998. Since then, he has advanced to a Master member through the end of his term in 2012. The Inn is a select group of legal professionals dedicated to improving the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.
