Steve Crandall helped my family when my elderly mother went for shoulder surgery, and during recovery had a heart attack that was missed for nearly nine hours. I contacted Steve and he listened to me, was thorough, prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. No one ever admitted wrongdoing or even uttered the words, I’m sorry.
