Never once did we ever feel abandoned or ignored. She is great with communication skills and explaining the process. Can i give no stars? I was involved in an accident, that was of no fault of my own and contacted Dan Newlins office. Very quickly, i was placed with Chris Long, a lawyer that practices with Dan Newlin, and seemed to be helping at first. It was always difficult to get answers from them from the start, him and his assistant Joni. Joni would email me and id email them and would never hear a peep. Very weird. Finally fot a call saying for me to go to Chiropractic USA, off 34th in Gainesville. Thr doctor did everything, he took the x-rays, he took the photos. I was really uncomfortable from the jump, but it did not end there. I went into to speak to him after the treatment plan was set and he told me you do have a spinal injury, and i will need to see you EVERYDAY, for three months! Umm what? What in the shady crap is going on. I just agreed so i could get the hell outta that place, what a joke. Have you ever heard 9f such a thing? I know he was trying to get his cut from my accident, and when i refused to go back there Chris sent me a mesage ro go soem place else. Long stiry short, we are in the middle of a pandemic, i am single mom, i can’t go to a chiropractor everyday M-S, but also before going to my new one, my sons teacher git covid and i could not go any ace fir over two weeks, NO WHERE! So the last couple weeks, i tried emailing, after email and never answered me or my questions so i had a feeling something wasnt right. Instead of being professional, and answering my emails, he sends a certified letter telling me basicslly to call anothet lawyer, that he has exhausted all options. He wasn’t going after the Insurance which i felt bizarre but the poor crackheads that jit me, why he didn’t go after progressive is beyond me. But i would HIGHLY recommend you not going here. These other reviews seem very biased and fake. What company or business do you know, ONLY has 5 stars. JOKES! SO THREE MONTHS OF WASTED TIME, THREE MONTHS! DO NOT GO HERE!
