Daniel Duello represented me in a personal injury case. After being struck by a drunken driver, getting banged up, and having my car totaled, I received a laughable offer of settlement. I turned the case over to Duello and he went right to work. He helped me track and organize my medical visits and the resulting charges. He insisted that the insurer provide me with a rental car long enough for me to find a replacement. He tracked the status of the drunk driving case against the driver. He kept me informed at every stage of his negotiations of a settlement with the insurance company. Finally, we settled for what I believed to be an equitable amount. His fee was well in line with what I expected. In short, Daniel Duello acted professionally, efficiently, and with integrity.

I was involved in a car accident which wasn’t my fault but the other party’s insurance refused to pay for my damages. I received only minor injuries. I contacted several attorneys who claimed to advocate for the victims of accidents. However, since my injuries were minor and wouldn’t result in a big settlement, non of these “victim advocates” would take my case! I then met with Daniel Duello. He agreed to take my case. He was very professional and personable. He handled my case and got an agreeable settlement. I would highly recommend him for your legal concerns!
