I hired David Wall trip to represent me Eliminate some of these restrictions At that particular time he advised me to be not complaint to these restrictions We applied for a stay order they denied it and he continued to deny to advise me to defy a court order When I called him and told him the nursing board has threatened to reprimand me about my non compliance I was very upset and in tears he again reassured me he was going to work his magic Since I know About the law I trusted him and continued to be now incomplant When it was time to be with boarded commissions He was not prepared we had no case so we continued at 1:20 days During that time he stuck to my 9 complaints advisement Nursing board took me back to court before I ever got to the board of commissions and revoked my license indefinitely Due to David waltrep I am destitute I have no career that I work 17 years to build my recommendation would never go to him for anything he is an inconsiderate psychopath I don’t care about other people’s lives

David and Nicole were great lawyers throughout the whole duration of 9 months for my case. They accomplished everything I asked them to. Terrible! Do not hire him for your divorce. He billed me hours and hours of nothing. Lost the minimal child support I was receiving and then I had to pay. He’s unbelievably terrible! Then when I try to get my files that I paid over 80 grand for, his schedule never works for me to pick them up! One would think a jerk that takes that much from a single mother could at least have the files delivered 2 miles away or have someone else in the firm meet at 7am for pick up.
