Mr. Haltzmann is an excellent lawyer for anyone dealing with driving related charges in Fort Collins. He seems to have a very good grasp of the people and procedures involved with the local court system. If you have a CDL or drive commercially I highly recommend utilizing this law firm when you need to protect your career. Long story short I got rear-ended in a hit and run. I found Matthew with a quick Google search and it was easily the best decision I made post accident. Not really sure how to start or what to say. I know very little about law. Very little was communicated to me by officers and others. He helped me understand what was going on and how things worked. When my case started there was already a good chance that it would be thrown out by the DA. For whatever reason the DA decided not to drop it and he gave me the truth about what my options were but was also considerate of how I was feeling while doing so. Very kind. Also didn’t give up.
