I contacted the Law Office of Hatley after receiving a rather scary ticket while traveling on the I-85 Highway. I had been stopped for excessive speeding, and I had no real excuse to give the Highway Patrol Officer who stopped me, and I threw out the idea that he would have mercy on me because the sun had blinded me. I was returning from a hospital in Durham, NC and now riding with the sun leveled in my windshield, and thinking that putting the car in cruise to help was enough. I had invariably put my foot on the gas and now receiving the ticket for speeding was enough to call it a day.
