I am Kevin E. Leisure, a highly experienced attorney serving Lakeland, Florida, and surrounding communities. I have worked in the legal field for nearly 25 years. I have been a practicing attorney since 2002.

My primary focus is on workers' compensation representation. I help injured people obtain medical care and the full amount of compensation available to them through workers' comp insurance. I also help injured workers prevail in legal actions against negligent third parties that may have caused or played a role in a worker's injury.

When appropriate, I defend employers and insurance companies against spurious workers' compensation claims. I work to ensure that clients pay only amounts that are commensurate with the injuries their employees sustain.

Family law: All matters relating to divorce and family law, including child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, relocations and modifications of orders

Personal injury: I represent injured plaintiffs in a wide range of personal injury lawsuits and have secured awards and settlements from negligent parties and their insurance companies.

Civil appeals: I am a tough trial lawyer who is comfortable litigating in all Florida state and federal courts. During my career, I have handled more than 75 workers' compensation, civil and criminal appeals, as well as having trained fellow attorneys on the workers' comp appeals process in lectures sanctioned by the Florida Bar.
