At the end of 2019, I found myself in need of an employment attorney. As a senior level executive employee, I had an employment agreement I had been working under. Within that employment agreement had a defined severance package should the employer decide to “go in a new direction”. Unfortunately for me, the employer changed their mind about paying me the outlined severance after telling me they would. I reached out to a friend of mine who recommended I give Ted Anderson a call at Kilgore & Kilgore. That call ended up being a great decision. Through out the process, Ted was extremely professional and his knowledge of the law and legal issues involved was impressive. His ability was on display during a Unemployment Pay Dispute Hearing that we had with the employer and the mediator from the state office. Ted had their witnesses questioned and cross examined in a way that every single lie they had submitted in the written objection to my unemployment claim was brought to light. Their case was falling apart so fast, that their attorney all of a sudden had an “emergency” come up that caused the hearing to be suspended for a few days. Frankly, the entertainment value of seeing him completely rip their case apart and make them look like the liars they were was worth every penny in legal fees I paid. Because of his efforts, Ted was successful in winning my unemployment claim, which laid the foundation for the payment of the severance claim. Ted held firm in negotiations with their legal council taking the process up to 6 weeks prior to the arbitration case was to begin. He negotiated a final settlement which ultimately cost my former employer more money than if they would have just paid out the severance as clearly outlined in the agreement. It can be a long road, as my issue took a little over a year to finish, but it was the right path to take. Without a doubt, if you are a senior executive employee and have a claim with your employer, I would highly recommend Ted Anderson with Kilgore & Kilgore. I pray I never need his services again, but I wouldn’t hesitate a second to call him if I did.

Bill Masterson did a superb job handling my personal injury case. While Mr. Masterson has an impressive track record surrounding litigation, given the delicacy of the situation, I did not want to file a law suit. With that said, I demanded satisfaction for my claim. Taking my wishes in to consideration, Mr. Masterson operated quietly and discreetly to achieve the result I sought.

I called and filled out multiple email replies. Finally talk with a guy from law firm was rude and no manners.

This is a follow-up to my September 29 review. I paid my invoice upon receipt, and did their online reviews when pestered to do so. At that point, all communications from Jessica ceased – even though there was one small project still in the works. I can only assume at this point that she is no longer working on it, as she has not replied to an email or text in six weeks. So very disappointed . . .
