My orthopedic surgeon Robert Klapper told me that if I was going to start a law suit for my catastrophic knee injury, that the ONLY person I should think about using was Peter Diamond at the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. I followed his advice and was so grateful to find myself interacting with a clever, funny, cheerful, energetic, super-capable lawyer who always made me feel like I was his only client. He responded to any call or text from me in minutes, not in hours or days. If it was possible to have FUN during a personal injury case, it was because of Peter. He guided me well to a successful settlement.

This review is long overdue mostly because reliving what I went through is difficult for me, but I will say that the one gleaming highlight of my situation was being represented by Brian Breiter and Mark Rubashkin who handled my case. I don’t know how to express how grateful I am to them and ALL of the excellent people in their office. Every interaction was informative, encouraging, and they always took the time for my calls and to make sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. Even when everything slowed down due to covid, they kept me in the loop. I’d detailed my case to other lawyers but got turned away because they were afraid of my case. I knew when I met with Brian that it was different. Overall, I felt like I was truly being heard when I spoke. Brian’s team not only triumphed in the end, they actually helped me feel less alone the whole time while I dealt with a miserable situation. They had empathy for all the physical and emotional pain I was going through due to my neck injury and the depleted quality of life it caused. They gave me strength to keep fighting for myself. This case took several years but they didn’t give up and didn’t let me give up either. Not only that, they made sure I received the thorough medical treatment that I desperately needed when I was scared I couldn’t pay for it. Their office also helped me navigate all the medical paperwork and referrals which would have otherwise been overwhelming. I am now in a much better place both physically and mentally, and since my (incredible) settlement have been focusing on making up for lost time. I am eternally grateful that I found Brian’s office, and if you’re going through a personal injury caused by someone else, I highly recommend reaching out to them as well.

Like many people during the pandemic I took up cycling as a means to get out of the house and get some exercise in. Riding on the streets on Los Angeles is dangerous business, and even with all the precautions I took, a helmet and lights and being radically attentive, I got hit and I got hurt. The next day I realized I had been hurt bad. I had gone to the hospital the night before, which as you can imagine during early pandemic was terrifying. Brian was recommended to me by a friend so I reached out to him to see if he could help. My bike was damaged, I was damaged, and sadly, once again stuck on the couch which I so desperately was trying to get off of in heat of the pandemic. Brian was quick to answer, and immediately put me at ease. His conversational style of getting the details along with his general calm demeanor made it very easy to walk him through what happened and the specifics of how my injuries felt. His office was quick to get all the necessary details and even gathered all the paperwork from the hospital taking all the headache out of the process. The initial processs of getting the bike repaired and costs for the ambulance and hospital were handled quickly, albeit by an anemic insurance policy by the person who hit me. Brian was able to find other solutions for the injuries and the toll they took and still take on me today by looking into other way to ensure I was compensated for what would be a lasting issue. He told me to be patient, and it would all work out. I wasn’t always patient, but he always put me at ease, again, with his calming manner. In the end I was awarded a settlement which immensely helped me deal with the ongoing physical issues I faced. Brian and his team are fantastic straight shooters who will make sure you get what you deserve.

Back in April 2022, I was coming from work going home. Not far work, I got sideswiped by a car while riding my motorcycle. I got thrown off my motorcycle and landed underneath a parked SUV and my motorcycle almost landed on me. It all felt unreal. Ironically, the ambulance took me back to work ( I work at a hospital ) and came in as a Trauma. My finger was bleeding and had pain on my right leg. I didn’t lose consciousness and I was aware of everything that was happening around me. After calling my family and told them the situation, I took some time to search for a lawyer. Came across the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. After sending a virtual consultation request, Brian calls me directly to hear out what happened and he explained to me what the next steps would be. He took on my case and I felt more at ease while I was at the hospital. I ended with a finger laceration, metacarpal fracture on my left pinky, right scapula fracture, non-displaced fracture on my right 3rd rib and hematoma on my right thigh. After being discharged from the hospital, Brian informs me that the person who hit me was uninsured. I got worried. I thought I that point Brian wouldn’t continue with my case. I was mistaken. Brian and Mark continued with my case knowing the other person was uninsured. They also handled the insurance coming after me (parked SUV). I didn’t have to deal with that headache. Since the other person didn’t have insurance, Brian and Mark managed to get the maximum coverage from my own insurance. I would highly recommend Brian and his team. Shout-out to his teammates Natalie and Tatiana for answering my emails. Lastly, I am very grateful I recovered from my injuries. No physical limitations. Thank you all!!

Brian was extremely straightforward and progressional. Got me my max settlement and made sure I was looked after and taken care of after an uninsured hit and run. Laid out everything for me right away and took away any uncertainty I had over what to do next.

Brian Breiter is an outstanding attorney. I was badly injured in an auto accident, which was the other drivers fault. I was in and out of doctors offices, in severe pain, and ended up needing surgery. During a time in my life which was already extremely stressful, the last thing I wanted to deal with was the daunting legal aspect of the accident. However, after weeks of searching, as soon as I found Brian I knew immediately that I wanted him to represent me. I found him charming, funny, and enjoyable to talk to. The process was straightforward and easier than I anticipated, and Brian was able to get me the maximum settlement possible. Brian truly cares about his clients and is amazing at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much for everything Brian!!

I just want to say a special thank you to the team at the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. Almost 4 years ago to this day I was in a slip and fall accident at a facility. I suffered a severe wrist fracture that required multiple surgeries and has altered my day to day life. I called Brian and his team and they were immediately helpful and compassionate. I also would like to thank the person running point, Jeff Twomey. He was my go to guy for exchanging emails, setting up appointments, and addressing any concerns or questions I had in a timely manner. I highly recommend Brian and his talented team of professionals.

Wife of Husband in Accident- How can I ever thank Brian and his team for everything they’ve done? They had the compassion, foresight, and tenacity to fight for my husband, who couldn’t fight for himself. Brian is an exceptional lawyer, with a heart to match the brilliance of his mind. He had the ability to help me see beyond this terrible accident. Without him, I don’t know how I would take care of my husband for the rest of his life. We are truly thankful. The one thing that I will always remember, after four years of the law firm working so diligently, was when Brian said, “Take good care of your husband.” They took this case because they really cared about him. Son of Father in Accident- I would like to first and foremost thank Brian for helping my parents in their time of need. He is a genuine person who showed sympathy for what my mother was going through, while trying to care of my father. I would also like to thank Mark, Chance, and the rest of the team for all the work they’ve done. Brian took on a very complicated case and successfully negotiated a settlement that was way above and beyond what we thought was possible. My father served his country for 24 years in the Air Force. After working another 20 years at a local telephone company, he was 1 month shy of retiring when he was hit on his motorcycle. The road to recovery for my father has been difficult. The accident caused a TBI. He had to relearn how to walk and talk after the accident. Day to day life continues to be difficult for him both physically and mentally. I don’t know what my parent’s future would look like without Brian’s help. The damages recovered will help my family to take care of all my father’s needs both now and in the future. If you are looking for the BEST of the BEST, stop scrolling! You’ve found them!

I have used Brian several times over the years, and he has been an amazing advocate for my family. He has been an amazing resource in several matters, and not only guided us through the legal process, he also connected us to excellent doctors and medical services, and followed up to insure that we received excellent treatment. When I took a bad fall, my family friend attorney told me that it was too difficult of a case, and that I wouldn’t recover anything. It was a slip and fall accident at a theater, that rented space from a larger complex, who rented their property from a management company, who contracted with another company who held the insurance policy. The insurance company was a blank wall. Even though it was a clear issue, there was a pile of evidence, plenty of witnesses, and I was in the ER with injuries clearly caused by the incident, they said that there was nothing they could do for us. Brian fought for us. He is a tiger. He took it through mediation, and got a settlement that took care of my immediate medical needs, and provided enough to cover the lingering issues I was sure to have. When my wife’s grandfather took a fall into a cobblestone courtyard from a second story balcony at a hotel, the insurance company said that they weren’t liable, since her grandfather knew of the damaged balcony rail, and assumed the risk by staying at the property and touching the rail. This was ridiculous. The reason he knew about the damaged railing is because he was one of several people who had reported it the year before. My wife’s grandfather was hurt, and could very easily have died. Her grandfather thought the right thing to do was to take care of things with his own insurance, which was Medicare, and to not pursue anything from a legal standpoint. He hated lawyers. He ended up loving Brian Breiter. Brian and his staff took a lot of time to walk him through what he needed to do, and WHY he needed to do it. He was so focused on his immediate pain, and so worried about hurting the business that owned the balcony rail that gave way – proprietors he had known for 30 years – that he thought some bed rest was fine, and he’d be back on his feet soon enough. He ended up needing a household helper, extended care, and had difficulty living alone, which eventually led to him moving into a retirement facility. If Brian and his staff had not been so patient and supportive, he would not have proceeded with any sort of claim, and would have ended up immobile, in pain, and without care. As it is, Brian helped him get the treatment and help he needed, and was able to get a settlement far above their initial offers, which made sure that he would be able to pay the extra bills that his injury caused. Brian won’t just fight for you in court. He is on your side, and his staff is AT your side, through the whole process. I have referred a large handful of people to him, when disaster has struck. In every case, he has come through with spectacular results. I simply can’t express enough my confidence in or my gratitude for Brian Breiter and his staff.

Brian Breiter is the greatest trial attorney I have ever seen. I had the distinct privilege and pleasure of his association into a case I had filed several years ago. An ambulance T-boned my client and left him with disputed injuries to his lower back. I found Brian speaking alongside his fellow trial attorney, the brilliant star, Jeff Twomey (of Breiter Law), at a webinar. They were discussing another trial they had won. A $3 million dollar verdict for a nurse with a broken wrist. I had never tried a case before and knew I would need help with mine. I wrote to them, begging for their hand. Within minutes, Brian and Jeff called me. We spoke for the first time like we were lifelong friends. They made me feel valuable and they took the time to explore my case. Most importantly, they agreed to join me in prosecuting my client’s claims against the ambulance and took over as lead. They did it all, including dozens of depositions, thousands of pages of discovery, expert designations, a dozen motions in limine AND an 11-DAY trial in Van Nuys where veteran defense counsel would not relent, claiming that after nearly 3 years without treatment, our client’s injuries were exagerated if not non-related to the crash. They turned the impossible into miracles before my very eyes and the eyes of all in attendance, including our clients. They convinced the jury to award our clients $2 million dollars. Our client had only received two epidural injections over the course of several years, among other noninvasive therapies. These guys love to try cases (including the hard ones). That’s what makes them extraordinary. Grateful to call Brian and Jeff friends. They are very special men and amazing trial lawyers.

Today is the fifth anniversary of receiving the verdict from my trial with Mr. Breiter, so what better day to write a review! Seven and a half years ago, many aspects of my life changed in an instant. I was struck on the head by an unsecured pilates reformer board while simply shopping at a clothing sample sale at a pilates studio. I didn’t “pass out” as many expect one would from being struck on the head. At the time, I actually thought I was fine and proceeded to drive home and continue on with my day, only thinking that I had some neck pain. As the week went on, things got a bit worse. I was diagnosed with a concussion the next morning and proceeded to go downhill as the week continued. My husband watched me as I was unable to care for my three kids and didn’t know what to do. Concussions were unchartered territory for us so he called an old friend Brian Breiter for guidance. Brian wouldn’t give my husband, Adam, any legal advice at all even though that’s his area of expertise. He said there wouldn’t be any discussion of legal terms until we figure out my medical situation as health comes first. He advised Adam to get me to the ER where then I was advised to go to a neurologist. **This was the first of many times Brian and his group put my health and my medical care far above anything else.*** It was December and we all know how difficult it can be to get a doctor appointment at any time, let alone the holidays. Brian and Mark helped me get a neurologist appointment right away when any other doctor we called couldn’t see me for months. For over two years, from the first neurologist to other neurologists to psychologists and more, Brian helped me get appointments with doctors who gave me answers when it seemed as if sometimes, it was hopeless. He encouraged me to keep trying to get better when I just wanted to crawl into bed and give up. He helped me see that things will continue to get better when I felt myself falling back down. When he didn’t have the answer I was looking for, he reminded me that it was probably time for me to go back to the doctor (I’m not usually a person who goes to the doctor often!). More often than not, he would make me laugh when I wanted to cry. Most importantly, Brian was always there with a gentle reminder that this can be a long process and not to give up. That’s just a part of what Brian did, he really did focus on my health first- because that’s the kind of person he is. But the reality is, you are probably reading this review because you are interested in him as an attorney and this is where he shines above all. We attempted several times to settle with the defense to no avail. Brian tried very hard to work with the other side to come to reasonable terms but throughout the entire process, that never happened. After three failed mediations, and listening to Brian’s advice, we ended up going to trial. I was nervous heading into court but it turns out there is no one else I would rather have by my side during this entire experience. In the courtroom, I sat with Brian Breiter, Jeff Twomey, and Steve Hoffman. Mr. Twomey is a very impressive young attorney with a great career ahead of him. Mr. Hoffman blew me away with his medical knowledge and his ability to depose and cross examine the medical experts in the case. He could “out-doctor” any doctor on the stand! Mr. Breiter kept the entire courtroom engaged, entertained, and informed during the entire six day trial. His opening statement and closing argument solidified why he’s considered one of the best. The jury, with only a short two hour deliberation, unanimously sided with us and awarded us more than ten times the amount that the defense ever offered in any mediation. I would never want to go through this again, but IF I HAD TO, I’D WISH FOR THE SAME DREAM TEAM OF BRIAN BREITER AND HIS OFFICE

I was in a horrible hit-from-behind accident where I was stopped at a red light and got smashed into. My rear fender was pushed all the way through the hatch back space into my back seat. My head went back and forth hard enough to throw my glasses as far back as they could go in the car! My neck immediately presented with pain, but in a state of semi-shock I declined a ride to the hospital. Since I already knew Brian and it came up in conversation between us I was able to be guided by him to take action to engage in a process that would lay the ground work for me to advocate for myself in the event of further difficulties arising. Sure enough, after going to the ER and consulting a doctor arranged by the Brian’s office and my pain not subsiding, it became clear that my spine needed attention and I began a course of physical therapy. Sometimes these types of proceedings don’t move so swiftly (at one point I would have thought that no result would come) but sure enough, this stellar team was keeping tabs and continuously moving the process forward and in the end I received a settlement far, far greater than I could have imagined. Not only is everyone that I dealt with in the office personable and compassionate, but they are relentless in their pursuit of getting a great result for their clients – no matter how long it takes. I was utterly impressed with everyone on the team that worked on my case and beyond satisfied with the result.

If you are reading this and thinking about getting a lawyer, I would say stop here and call Brian’s office right away. Don’t think if he and his team will help or not, or will you get anything out of the case, or will it be more stressful to deal with lawyers along with your personal injuries/loss. Once you call him, you will feel that the huge mountain has been taken off your shoulder. Then you can 100% focus on taking care of yourself and your loved ones. Brian is a real personal injury lawyer as he takes your case personally. In June 2017, our family CRV was T-boned while our car was passing through the intersection. The CRV was totaled. It was a terrible crash. My wife had 7 fractures; my mother had both her wrists fractured. Fortunately my 3-month-old son in the car seat and myself were not injured. It was a nightmare. It took me more than 2 months to start looking for lawyers as I wanted to take care of my family first. I went online to look for lawyers with 5-star rating and shortlisted 2 of them. One was Brian’s firm as he had hundreds of great reviews and another one who also had good reviews (~ 20 reviews) and was close by my home. I made an appointment and visited this lawyer’s office close to my home. He had his table full of papers and first thing he said to me was , ” See I am very busy and I do not take small cases but he will take mine” At that moment I knew he is not the right lawyer and maybe not that busy too. Later I found out the doctor that he recommended me for my family also had bad reviews online. Then I called Brian’s office. He listened to my story with patience, gave me free advice for next steps, and said that I can call him back if I have any more questions. I immediately asked for the appointment to see him in person and discuss my case. Brain and Mark and one more person took me to a room. Empty table, no distractions, and all 3 of them just focusing on me. I told them everything about injuries, emotional stress, financial situation and worries about the future of my case. I still remember, first thing Brian asked was do I need any help right now. This is what makes him different from others. They were quick to analyze the case and agreed to help me and said they will get the maximum from the third-party insurance and will not negotiate a dollar less. He also recommended Dr Matthew Enna for follow up treatment. That doctor has got best reviews too. That day I felt relaxed for the first time after the accident. They always kept me informed. They got all the documents, medical reports, medical liens details, by themselves. Only thing I had to do was to wait patiently. Brian and team were kicking all the opponents at the right spots. After 2.5 years, I got checks for myself and my mother. They got the maximum limit from the insurance for me and for my mother as promised. My wife situation was more complex. I thought, my wife we will not get much from the 100K limit as medical insurance provider had already spent 250K on her treatment and were eligible to receive credit. But Brian and team negotiated with the medical insurance provider to take only 26K. As it was only fair that everyone gets benefited fairly from the settlement including us. They gave a huge check for my wife too. Brian is also very generous and always thinks about you first while sending checks. In the end Brian called me and asked about my family’s well-being and made sure everything else is fine too. And advised us to call him if we need any more help or have questions. From start to end, Brian and team were sincere, honest and caring. It was like having an extended family. Today, I am writing this review from my 5-bedroom home, bought from the money I received from this case. We will be forever grateful to Brian and team.

On October 27, 2015 my brother was killed in a tragic accident. He was riding his bike home from the beach. A semi with a shipping container was traveling the same way as he was, he was going under a bridge at the same time as the semi with the shipping container. As the semi made its way under the bridge the load was too high, the shipping container clipped the top of the bridge and fell onto my brother as he was riding his bike and killed him instantly. My brother was my everything, he was the only one left out of my immediate family. I’ll never forget the night, the coroner came to my house as soon as he introduced himself as the coroner I knew that my brother was dead. I remember all my family coming over that night and the next morning there was all different news vans sitting in front of my house channel 7 channel 9 channel 4.etc. they were pounding on my door at 7:30 8 o’clock in the morning, I never once gave the news a statement, I was too distraught so my cousins would always tell them to go away. Then I had a lot of lawyers waiting in front of my house because they wanted my business, I also had a couple of shady characters trying to get me to hire them to represent my brothers case, when I say shady I mean they were trying to do anything and everything to get me to hire them. At this point I did not know what to do so l started researching lawyers and Brian’s name came up. His name came up actually several times with 100% success rate. I finally met with Brian and my family was telling me that I should meet with at least three more lawyers to get a second and third opinion. At this time I really didn’t feel like meeting with different lawyers I just didn’t have the energy I felt so drained from everything. After I met with Brian my cousins and I went to go have some Pho, and on the fortune cookie that I got it said your first choice will be the wisest to follow at this time. After that fortune cookie I knew that Brian was my first choice and he was the wisest choice. Sol highly recommend Brian he’s one of the best trial lawyers around or to me is the best! 21/2 years later it was bittersweet but my brothers case was finally settled and Brian did an amazing job even though there’s no amount of money that can bring my brother back, Brian made sure that I got the max amount. Thank you Brian Brieter you’re the best!

Brian, Mark, Peter, et al are absolutely phenomenal. While on a bicycle, I was struck from behind by an SUV traveling ~40-45mph in a 30mph zone. It was the most terrifying event of my life, and I actually thought I was going to die – I had a traumatic brain injury, broke clavicle / scapula / ribs / vertebrae, tore a ligament and was covered in road rash. Thankfully my husband had the sense to find an attorney and make an appointment. The team “took care of me” in many, many ways – financially, yes, but also mentally and emotionally. They have experience and knew what to do – making appointments for me while also telling me actions I should take on my end to help in the long run. All this occurring during a pandemic was even more stressful, but they were in constant contact and assured me that all I had to do was stay patient. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done.

The Law Offices of Brian Breiter took on my David vs. Goliath case against a large theatre chain, a slip and fall where I was badly injured, requiring numerous surgeries, including a two level fusion in my cervical spine. After 18 months I realized I was going nowhere trying to deal directly with this large corporation and fortunately contacted Mr. Breiter. From the first moment my wife and I met with Brian and his team, we knew we had made the right decision. My only regret was not contacting them sooner. With the leadership of Mr. Breiter; Tim McCormick, Chance Pardon and Sean Kim went to work on this case, and MAN did they work! From the get-go the defense started to delay and deny, and just flat BULLY! Mr. McCormick right away started showing me patience matters in a case like this. And with these skills, along with aforementioned Mr. Pardon and Mr. Kim, the three of them skillfully gathered the evidence and masterfully presented it to the Court and Jury. They were calm, professional gentlemen, with respect to all involved, proved our case and came away with a seven figure verdict in our favor. I am proud to have been represented by such a class firm and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone that finds themselves in need of legal representation.

Mr. Breiter and his law firm truly treated my father like family. My father was in a terrible motorcycle accident. Since I am first generation Filipino American, it was difficult to find a lawyer whom my family could trust with such a heavy language barrier. I was on the fence between three different law firms. Mr. Breiter took the time out of his day to drive from his office in Los Angeles to the hospital in Carson, CA to meet with my father and personally introduce himself. Mind you, we haven’t made the decision to hire him yet. He felt it was appropriate to meet in person before we made such a big decision. Ever since then he has made the whole process as easy and comfortable for my father by allowed him a Filipino translator so the information he was given wouldn’t get lost in context. Mr. Breiter and his team was able to stay resilient during the COVID-19 Pandemic and allowed my father to continue to have reliable resources to get him to attend his hospital visit, mental health therapy sessions, along with court hearings via Zoom/online. Not only was Mr. Breiter and his team professional, but the customer service and client care was something that I wasn’t expecting from the stigma I had on attorneys. Each and every one in the law firm has demonstrated such kindness and compassion towards my father and family. I would absolutely HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this law firm to my family and friends. I could easily say I trust him and his team to work hard for you.

My fiancé was hit by a car in 2019 while crossing a crosswalk. It was an incredibly devastating moment and she was lucky to be alive after a fractured wrist, broken bones in her foot, and abrasions all over her body. Not to mention the new reality of rehabilitation both psychologically and physically at the age of 24. Neither of us had been in a situation like that before. We didn’t understand how quickly we needed to act w/ finding legal help, and to be honest, we didn’t have the energy to deal with a big search at the time. Luckily, my fiancé’s sister came across the Law Offices of Brian Breiter online. She read a lot of great reviews and really liked what she saw on the website. Coincidentally, a day later, after telling a friend of mine about the accident, they also recommended Brian’s office for representation. Brian and his colleague Peter actually came to our apartment to meet with us because my lady was in no condition to leave. I’ll never forget how great they were that evening. We were down to 2 final choices for representation and Brian’s presence during that visit sealed the deal for her. My fiancé went with his office, and nearly 2.5 years later, I can’t tell you all how happy we are with our choice. The communication was totally transparent during these tough times. Brian and team were VERY clear as to the steps my fiancé needed to take in order to give herself the best shot at a fair settlement/trial result. There were times that months went by without any action, any results, any anything… but Brian told us that there would be some slow moments. She needed to heal and the only way that was going to happen was to give it time. So even in those frustrating moments when it seemed like “DOES ANYBODY CARE ABOUT THIS TRAGEDY?!” … we had to remember to play it cool and keep in mind what our lawyer told us. Long story short, my fiancé just settled her case and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She listened to all of their advice and let them handle it. Although it took awhile, we had to remind ourselves that her accident occurred pre-pandemic. So, naturally, that slowed things down. But even in the middle of that mess, we were always able to reach the office with questions or status updates. If you are pondering choices in the Los Angeles area as to who should represent you in your injury-related accident, I highly recommend the Law Offices of Brian Breiter, LLP.

Back in October of 2019, I got hit by a car while walking across a cross walk in West Hollywood. Someone made a left turn, hitting me in the process. I broke my wrist, fractured my foot and had many road rashes all over. Thus began my long journey to recovery, therapy and physical therapy. I was 24 years old. It only took my family and I 2 days to find Law Offices of Brian Breiter. What was so serendipitous about it was a friend of mine also recommended the same office only after I had discovered it. At the time, we were debating between Breiter’s office and another one. I can’t stress ENOUGH how grateful I am to God for guiding me to choose Brian. Brian and his colleague, Peter, came to my apartment just a couple days after my accident and warmly explained the process and their expertise. My family and I immediately decided to work with Brian’s team because of their knowledge, energy, and down to earth essence. (And I mean, they came to my apt?! Talk about nice guys) From the very beginning everyone has been super kind, responsive, and open. I never once felt like I was dealing with a typical “L.A. lawyer team.” I never once felt like they were keeping information from me. They always offered information when they had it. They offered lien assistance, doctor referrals and more whenever I needed it. They actually cared and still do today. On top of all of that, I was able to trust the process because they did an excellent job in preparing me for it. They let me know from the start that this would be a long, hard, tiring, and difficult process. Physically & emotionally. So, I knew better from the beginning, and never felt led astray. After Covid-19 hit, the process dragged out even longer, but the communication was always on point. Now 2+ years later, I can finally say that we had a favorable closure to my case. That’s just a materialistic outcome though. No amount of money can correct the trauma’s that I have faced due to this accident. I will be 27 this year and I have missed out on so much of my life while in recovery. But, having Brian, Mark, Peter, Tatiana, Jennifer, Kamesha, & the rest of the gang on my side made everything better. They are literally real life Super Heroes. (You will see it in their office 🙂 I thank God for this team and you would, too, if you choose them to help you! Love ya’ll, Rebecca

Before you go to meet Brian BREITER and his team, read this carefully. We all think if we have insurance then we are covered, Home, car health, etc. But never really imagine that god for bit if something happens are we really covered? Not really, I can tell. Unfortunately there are circumstances that you are not and will never be covered if you don’t have honest ,conscious, strongly knowligble ,experienced attorney and trial lawyer in that really fatal situation. It’s happened to my kid, he was injured and in coma, as a single mother of only child, I was devastated and lost like in the worst nightmare (never wish anyone to have this feeling), well I was lost and shocked, ,but find some power in myself to look for attorney. Google is the smartest thing was at that minute, and was blessed and lucky to find the highest rated law office near the hospital ( I couldn’t drive and couldn’t leave my son even for couple of minutes in hospital). Just got the number and left the message. Brian was in different city and in trail, but he promised me to stop by once he is back in town. Only just hearing his calm and compassionate speaking,I already feel myself hitting the light in the end of the tunnel… He came and took all the CHAOS On his shoulders and comforted me, but without any big words and big promises. The only promise was that we will be protected. It was only 1% of chance for my son to stay alive after that accident and was only 1% to win the case. BUT,from the moment I meet Brian I could lay back on that part and to focus on my child health and recovery. Brian and his team never left any question without answer ,any single problem without solutions during 3 year period. At the end of the day from 1% of chance we got full six figures for the future care of my child’s health and life. Just want to thank you to all team and suggest anyone that having insurance is not enough if you don’t have right attorney to fight for you. Be safe and good luck. P.S. The battlefield is a scene of constant chaos. The winner will be the one who controls that chaos, both his own and the enemies. Thank you B.J.B. For controlling the whole chaos and taking everyone out of that chaos. Victory belongs to YOU. Aya Morgan
