Life’s been tough due to this pandemic and I, unfortunately, had to resort to illegal ways to earn money just to survive. I’ve unfortunately committed two criminal offenses which are illegal possession of controlled substances and petty theft. In each of them, I always turned to this law office for help and they would always give the same quality of service to me. Atty. Got involved in a gang violence incident somewhere around Visalia a couple of months ago and I badly needed a good attorney. Did not have an issue with this company, which is a miracle because law firms like to make things even more complicated. Gone are the days of frustrations and unnecessary disputes with stubborn lawyers because now I’ve found my gem. The environment in this office is super client-friendly but that doesn’t mean they’re all soft and flowers when they’re handling your case. In fact, they’re the opposite. They are very assertive and firm, never lousy. Atty. Quality service and superb staff! My only issue is that they’re not too accessible, especially for people like myself who live in far flung areas where phone reception is not that good. I’m a handicapped single dad with 3 kids to look after and the only way I can get through is by calling their landline, yet either their line is busy most of the time. It’s quite frustrating. Anyway, I contacted them for an over-the-phone consultation as my younger brother got charged with burglary and he’s currently in Tulare County Jail. Tafur I can see that he’s handled many cases before and knows his way around the legal system… I also like how he recounted his previous experiences with clients facing an arson charge, which is also my problem… was accused of purposely setting my neighbor’s doghouse on fire we live in Mira Mesa and it’s California for god’s sake it’s always burning… I’m not rich enough to hire the best lawyers here in San Diego plus I don’t think they have that much evidence to incriminate me so I just went with the most affordable option which is this law office because they offer free consultation. What I will say is that their service is not bad considering that they’re offering it for free. In fact they exceeded my expectations. But I wish they would be quicker in reaching out to their clients… had to wait 2 days for them to call me back and then had to wait another 3 days for a consultation schedule. Been waiting to finally write a review on this law firm and tell you all about my experiences with them. I thought they were not as good as what their rating show but boy, was I proven wrong. My buddies and I went to Santa Clara Skatepark a few months back. When it was time to go home, I went to the place where I parked my car and noticed that it won’t budge open. It’s dark already, so I wasn’t able to see that it wasn’t actually my car but it looked very similar to mine. Highly recommend Amy from the Law Offices of Raoul Severo. I admit that I have been in a couple of problems with the law in the past, and I’m used to being labeled as a “thug” or a criminal. I’m not a good person, but Amy did not judge me or discriminate against me in any way when I came up to their team for legal help. She’s unlike most paralegals who’s handled my cases before.
