David Mister is an experienced criminal, civil, administrative and appellate litigator with over 35 years of experience. His practice includes national clients in the alcoholic beverages industry. He has co-drafted multiple Maryland legislative bills and been a lecturer for prosecuting attorneys, private practice attorneys and industry groups. His areas of expertise include using experts in trial, search and seizure law, wiretapping and electronic surveillance law, defending alcoholic beverages licenses, and gambling and controlled dangerous substances investigations.

Leslie Winter is a founding partner of Ruppersberger, Winter, Clark & Mister, the predecessor of the law office of Mister, Winter & Bartlett, LLC. He has been practicing law since 1972 and has written multiple articles on business and taxation.

Anthony Bartlett focuses on family law, child custody, divorce, criminal law, Children in Need of Assistance (CINA) proceedings, personal injury and construction litigation for our law office. He provides general counsel to Bay City Construction Company, Inc.; Greenwood Towing, Inc.; and Donald Excavating, Inc., and is the associate counsel for the Baltimore County Licensed Beverage Association.
