Nelson & Rozier was established in 2008 when the law firm Nelson, Rozier & Bettencourt was dissolved. The founding partners, Jeffery S. Nelson and John L. Rozier were personal injury litigators with the defunct law firm of Hurlbutt, Clevenger, Long, Rauber & Nelson established in 1971 in Visalia.
