I originally left a poor rating as the had not finished up with a few things. However they have since done so and I wish to change my original review to fairly reflect that. Apparently, it was not the Packard Law firm that was delayed but rather the government agencies involved in resolving the later portion of our suit that caused the big problem. The firm was waiting on the agencies which apparently are still operating under Covid-19, unlike the rest of the population which has rightfully decided to stop the nonsense and get on with our lives. Unfortunately, this site does not give me an option to change my review so hopefully others will read both and understand what has happened. Good firm, solid results.

Packard Law Firm we’re there when no one else would take my case, Packard Law Firm stayed in contact, they walked me thru the whole process and made sure I understand every detail, I had a representative in every phase of my case, I would recommend Packard Law Firm to any one who seriously needs help with filing Disability, my thanks to all Representing Packard Law Firm for helping me get my life on track.

Although they did a good job originally, after getting paid, they forgot to finish up. This has left us in a tight spot on following through with the medical portion of our problem simply because they can’t remember to send us the promised paperwork, even after months of requests. Aides or those in charge, including an attorney, cannot be reached and do not return calls or messages. This is very unprofessional. I could see this kind of behavior if we had been difficult clients, however we were not and so I am left to wonder just what is going on at this law firm
