Think about this; your injured so I bet you want a great doctor, you want a great surgeon too so wouldn’t you want a doctor that will document you injury in the most favorable way for your case? O’Mara and Padilla know those doctors and this is a key part of your case. You would no more treat your own injuries or do your own surgery so why would you ever try to represent your case in a Court of Law???? SCIF / Work Comp are not your friend and they will not fight for you. O’Mara & Padilla will. An over zealous SCIF attorney tried to manipulate a doctors statement and my compensation. Scott O’Mara was all over her in court and cited case law in my favor. She continued to argue with Scott and the Judge was frustrated to the point that he asked her if she was trying overturn an Appeal Courts findings. SHE SAID “YES”. He smiled and said “noted” . Scott smiled at me and she lost that that argument and I was awarded and extra $10k on top of the claim we had filed. O & P also processed my disability retirement with the State of California.
