After being in the rental business for 8 years with no major tenant issues, my husband and I found ourselves in a very contentious relationship with a tenant who repeatedly violated the lease agreement. We needed to begin the eviction process but wanted expert advice to ensure our interactions with the tenant were acceptable, the forms/documents were completed correctly and filed appropriately with the court. Kirsten Myers and her co-workers at Pearson & Paris, P.C. represented us in an exceptional way! The tenant eviction was completed as timely as possible, the total cost was very fair, and we feel the outcome was far more favorable than if we had handled the process ourselves. I do a lot of work in the world of buying assets from bankruptcy cases, as well as buying claims. It was in the latter arena that I had a problem in Colorado, and reached out to Pearson & Paris. I can say that between my businesses, we spend into the 6 figures each year on legal – and this firm is truly top tier in my book. Very professional, and focused, while always guiding the client through the minefield that can be the legal system. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and most assuredly I will use them again when I have business in their footprint.

I would not recommend this firm. I had an attorney that was very unprofessional.. I was embarrassed having this representation. There was a big song and dance over what they could do and we came out loosing. Overpriced for the little work they did and the outcome of the case. Definatly I would look at a different firm.

My experience with this law firm was great . Everyone was quite personable, helpful in explaining the process especially Kirsten Myers. She “held my hands” through the Probate of my son’s Estate. I did not hire the law firm, but was helped by Kristen Myer who is a family friend and employed by this firm. If she is any indication of the quality of legal professionals at this firm, then Pearson & Paris is the law firm to hire. Ms. Myers did not represent me, but did help me work through some legal issues that I was facing. She is a family friend and used her knowledge and resources to provide me with the best assistance she could. While she and her firm does not practice in the area of employment law, the help rendered by her was very complete and useful. Without her help, I doubt my case would have had a positive outcome. Ms. Myers went above and beyond to help me find the appropriate legal standards I may be facing at my unemployment hearing, applicable case law, and a general overview of what to expect at the hearing. With her help and guidance, I was able to feel confident as I called in for my hearing. She is detailed oriented, and really prepared me for what I would be facing including good and bad outcomes. I had an hour consultation meeting with Meredith that I paid for in advance. The consultation meeting simply consisted of a 5 minute phone call on how much the hourly rates were, and I could not get any of my questions answered. As follow up, they were suppose to send me information on a their services and an agreement. That never happened and I was ignored. I guess they did not want my business. It was a complete waste of my time and money.
