I was blind-sided with an Assault IV charge. Learning of these allegations I felt lost and hopeless. I hired an attorney out of fear and desperation, wanting to get ahead of the case. This has been my first Time to ever retain Sean for legal services, and I had to do so while incarcerated on an HIP return/violation… I was in desperate need of a good legal counsel and I was given his number by a friend… He quoted A very reasonable price for the court dates I had coming up and to also put in a motion to get me out of jail, which of course, was my main goal at the time… And Within 2 to 3 days I was released from jail back on home incarceration waiting for a revocation hearing. I am completely off of HIP now and he got my diversion reinstated, so I didn’t get revoked at all… Also in my district case I had a motion to revoke in, on 365 days for a old shoplifting charge, because I caught a possession and paraphernalia charge which is what the revocation hearing in my circuit court was about also… I don’t know how he did it, but he got that motion to revoke pulled, and my 365 days are gone also! Needless to say, he helped give me peace of mind and get my freedom back as well… That is priceless… I would definitely recommend him to friends or family!

Mr. Pharr is by far the best attorney I ever had the chance of having. My criminal history goes back at least fifteen years. I’ve been in a lot of trouble I thought for sure this time I was on my way to prison. I violated my probation over four times and they should have revoked my suspended sentence, but with his help and dedication to my case he got it extended two years. I would recommend him to anyone.
