From the very first phone call to Scott through the entire process I was nothing but pleased at the professionalism, courtesy and prompt return calls. Scott Powell assisted with my case against my own insurance company after they refused to pay for significant damages to our house caused by an ice storm. I was living in a financial nightmare due to the denial of coverage. Scott quickly hired an engineering expert and then used those findings to pressure the insurance company.
