Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., (QPWB) is proud to have Ashik R. Jahan as a partner in our Atlanta office. As the National Practice Group Leader of the firm's immigration practice, Mr. Jahan specializes in representing and advising businesses, organizations, investors, individuals, and families in obtaining temporary and permanent work authorizations, immigration status, and visas.

With his comprehensive experience in a full range of employment-based immigration, including H-1B, L-1, TN, P-1, O-1, R-1, E-2, E-3 and other categories, Mr. Jahan has helped countless clients obtain the necessary nonimmigrant visa classification to permit employment authorization for transferred employees and their dependents. He also assists in obtaining the required approvals from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the issuance of the visa to the employee and his or her dependents from U.S. Consulates abroad.

Additionally, Mr. Jahan works closely with companies on complex challenges associated with I-9 and E-Verify employment verification, enforcement actions, and LCA compliance. He provides proactive strategies and training to HR team members to ensure compliance with the law.

Before joining QPWB, Mr. Jahan served as a shareholder and Immigration Practice Group Leader with an Atlanta-based law firm, where he practiced in the areas of immigration and workers' compensation defense for over 13 years. He earned his Juris Doctor from Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in May 2007 and his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in May 2004. Mr. Jahan is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
