Sean Hampton graduated from the University of Alabama in 2005 earning a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration. Sean was hired to clerk for Judge Greg Shaw in the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals. While working at the Court, Sean passed the Alabama Bar and was licensed to practice law in Alabama in 2005. Eventually, Sean's clerkship extended into a staff attorney position in the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals working for Judge John Crawley. He worked as a staff attorney for multiple judges on the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals until 2009.
From 2009 to today, Sean has been in private practice concentrating in Social Security Disability, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Probate, and Bankruptcy. Sean extended his practice area being admitted to practice law in Mississippi. Sean's employment includes work at a law firm and as a solo practitioner handling. Currently, Sean litigates personal injury cases in Alabama and Mississippi. Sean takes on criminal cases, probate cases, and bankruptcy cases in Alabama.
