Steel & Moss, LLP

About

Steel & Moss, LLP

At Steel & Moss, LLP - Atlanta, GA, we are there to deliver focused representation for people with devastating rail injuries. The attorneys at our law office leverage more than 60 years of collective experience to advocate aggressively for hurt rail workers. Over our career, we have successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients. We know how to file claims under the Federal Employers' Liability Act and pursue monetary compensation to offset the financial burden of these types of injuries.

Although much of our practice is dedicated to helping people hurt in railroad accidents, our law office also represents victims with broader personal injury and wrongful death cases. We consult medical professionals, economists, law enforcement officers and other parties to gather opinions and better position a case for trial. Some of the scenarios we handle include the following:

• Automobile accidents
• Medical malpractice or negligence
• Premises liability
• Products liability
• Work-related accidents

Beyond FELA and personal injury cases, our law office provides representation for business litigation. We work with clients ranging from corporations to small-business owners regarding a wide array of disputes. In order to intervene as efficiently as possible, we offer a free initial consultation to all prospective clients. Steel & Moss, LLP - Atlanta, GA, accepts cases across the greater metropolitan area.

Three years ago my husband was diagnosed with IPF Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. It’s a lung disease that has no cure. The only way to survive is to have a lung transplant. My husband worked all the way up to four months before he was critical and put into the hospital. God is good.. he received a left lung transplant within a week of being hospitalized. We were so happy. Then… all the hospital bills started rolling in. I lost my job due to missing so much work. We only had Wendell’s sick benifits and our savings to live on. Fast forward two years. All of our saving is gone. All of our bills are months behind. His sick benifits have run out and he is still waiting to be approved for disability.. the job I found only pays a small amount. Our mortgage is six months behind. We are ready to lose everything. We contacted a representative of this office who worked with this office and within two weeks had our prayers answered. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication!
