Mr. McGowan listened to my situation and responded professionally and concisely – he responded clearly and helped me understand all my options without being long-winded or giving me unnecessary anecdotes and information. Further, I began receiving correspondence from him immediately after he agreed to take up my case and it was clear that he was doing everything in his power to work on my behalf. It was clear that he was sympathetic with my situation and that he was legitimately fighting for me using all the tools available.
