Rebecca is also a Fellow of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Foundations. Attorney Blair received her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She is extremely active in the local community, serving on the Davidson County Foster Care Review Board, the Tennessee nonprofit organization SOSA dedicated to Stamping Out Sexual Abuse. She is an alumnus of the 2010-2011 class of Leadership Franklin, a non-profit community leadership organization.
