The founding attorney of The Garris Law Firm, LLC, Dustin A. Garris, graduated from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida, cum laude in May 2012. He became licensed to practice in the state of Alabama in September 2012. In early 2013, he obtained his license to practice in the state of Florida.

As a law school student, Mr. Garris represented juveniles in delinquency court through Barry University's Children and Families Clinic (now the Juvenile Defense Clinic). He also advocated on behalf of children while interning with Florida Department of Children and Families.
