Mr. King was extremely knowledgeable, very professionally, and really listened to our specific estate needs! We relocated from out of state and needed all our estate documents updated to be compliant with Florida law. Mr. King gave us 100% of his attention during our first meeting and advised us on some changes we should do to make it easier for our executors and family to administer our trust upon our in capacitation or death. At the second meeting (one week later), Mr. King had all the documents ready and sat with us for a very long time explaining what he had done in order to meet our stated needs that we spoke about after our first meeting. Mr. King did both meetings with us and prepared the documents himself with us sitting there. Mr. King scanned/uploaded/emailed us the documents plus gave us copies too. Mr. King then kept all the original documents in a safe deposit box at his office for free! Mr. King provided us his services at a very cost effective rate and having that kind of quality time with a highly qualified lawyer (that also owns/operates an accounting/tax business too) was truly incredible!!! 10+++ for Mr. King and his law business. The process of setting up an estate was simple. Scheduled an initial appointment to provide the information required by the lawyer. Second appointment we reviewed and signed the documents and two witnesses co-signed. I received an electronic copy and a paper copy. All for $750.00.
