Dale is a very competent and qualified defense attorney. Almost immediately, as I came into his office, he handled it, very efficient. Dale got my case dismissed two weeks after my arraignment. Well if you want the best of the best, Dale is your man. He knows the inns an outs of the District Attorney’s office. There is good cause for this statement. Dale was just recently an employee of the District Attorney’s Office and retired out. Think about it. He literally knows the exact process while also knowing how the department thinks. So now Dale is on the other side. My last case that was dismissed was a direct result of Dale putting in the work that it took for them to dismiss the case. He will fight for you all the way.

I contacted dale and several other attorneys regarding an unfortunate circumstance I was involved in. it was late evening around dinner time on a sunday. some attorneys replied back they would contact me Monday others didn’t reply back at all. Dale immediately contact me and went out of his way to talk to me in detail about what to expect. I scheduled an appointment to meet with him and also a few other attorneys monday morning. all the other attorneys went into very little detail about what was happening but didn’t take long to immediately start talking about money. I do understand they are running a business, but at the same time it says a lot in my opinion what their true intentions are. After speaking with dale it just felt so comfortable because I could tell that he was truly there to help me. it was an easy decision to choose dale and the person I wanted representing me. needless to say he kept his word about everything, went above and beyond expectations and the most important part. Initially Dale made me feel very comfortable and said all the right things so I ended up hiring him to represent me. However, upon meeting on the day of my first court date he started our interaction by calling my case “shady” then went into the court room and did exactly what I asked him NOT to do upon hiring him. The day after my second court date he referred to me as a “bull**** innocent victim”, amongst many other statements that made me feel disrespected & like he wasn’t even on my side. This morning I emailed him in an attempt to come to an understanding before moving forward, as we had failed to do so thus far. To which he responded claiming that I was “threatening” him & that he “does not beg people” to hire him, despite clarifying multiple times that I just wanted to come to an understanding. I had no choice other than to terminate our contract. Dale is very manipulative and plays mind games. This has been the most traumatic experience of my life and Dale only contributed to making it that much worse. It is my strong opinion that he is not for his clients, he is for his money and his ego. Dale said as a selling point in our initial interview that he had been a DA for 19 years so he knows how they think. But the reality is he has the mindset of a DA and presumes you guilty before the court even has a chance to. I will never recommend dale to anyone I care about or who values their freedom.

I was involved in a traffic accident. Dale was able to get the medical cost reduced so that I was able to get a better settlement. I would recommend Dale to anyone that needed an attorney.
