Whereas other lawyers who wanted to represent me were impatient, curt, and pushy, Dan was a great listener, was insightful, and was happy to give me advice without pressuring me to choose him. I found this to be the case throughout a very difficult legal battle. Dan is smart, adaptable, and professional, even in highly challenging circumstances. Dan endured extremely malicious, dirty tactics from opposing counsel, and I think other lawyers would have advised me to accept a lesser settlement just to be done with the case.
