Bob is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association (where he serves on the Health Law Section and Committee on Professional Discipline), and the Dutchess County Bar Association. Bob is admitted to practice in all courts in New York State, as well as the Federal Courts in the Southern and Northern Districts of New York. He is licensed to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut, and his admission to practice in the District of Columbia is pending.
