The Van Dora Law Firm

Our lead attorney founded The Van Dora Law Firm in 2000. Prior to this, Mr. Van Dora spent 15 years handling workers' compensation and insurance defense cases for other firms in Hartwell, Georgia. When he first established his firm, he envisioned one day sharing his passion with his children. In 2012 and 2018, he realized his dream when his sons joined the team. They now make up our proud family-owned law firm.

We handle a wide range of cases that are related to injuries and represent clients on both sides. Our twofold experience provides us with unique insight into how the opposition thinks and the angle from which they might attempt to present their cases. Here are the main case types we now take on:

One of the problems our law firm aimed to solve was the need for clients to travel to big cities for legal advice. Our clients prefer to work with attorneys from their areas who understand life in northeast Georgia. This includes not just the local culture, but how the court systems work. We look forward to continuing to serve Hartwell for this generation onward.
